Founded in 1998 by Dr Paul Harrison, Swallow Dental Supplies Ltd began as a one-person endeavour, specialising in the Fortoss range of bone augmentation products. Over the years, we have evolved into a dynamic team of 24 staff dedicated to providing top-notch products and unparalleled service.
At Swallow Dental, we take pride in our ever-expanding product range tailored to meet your surgical and hygiene needs. Our Managing Director
James
Meet James, an integral part of the Swallow Dental family since 2011.
James's journey with us began when Excel Surgical merged with Swallow Dental, marking the start of a fruitful collaboration.
As a key member of our team, James brings his expertise in sales and marketing to the forefront, playing a pivotal role in propelling our business to new heights.
With James's commitment and passion, we continue to thrive in our mission to provide exceptional products and service to you, our valued customers.
Away from the office, James finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. Whether he's spending quality time with his family, playing football, or passionately supporting his beloved Leeds United, James embraces every moment with enthusiasm.
Our Field Sales Representatives
Stacey
Stacey joined the Swallow Dental family in 2024 as our National Sales Manager.
With two decades of diverse experience in the industry, Stacey is a seasoned expert with a wealth of dental knowledge. Having started her journey in general practice and maxillofacial nursing, she has spent the last seven years in dental sales and management and served in a clinical educator role.
Stacey is a well-known figure at industry events and is frequently on the move, showcasing a unique mix of dental expertise, enthusiasm, and steadfast commitment to her profession.
Away from the office, Stacey finds solace in the company of her two daughters and beloved dog, Frankie. A nature enthusiast, she frequently indulges in hiking, challenging runs, and paddle boarding.

Lorraine
Lorraine has been in the dental industry for over 15 years. She joined Swallow Dental in May 2017 and is currently our Southern Territory Manager focusing on Q-Optics Loupes, EthOss and PDT.
In her spare time, (which is very little) Lorraine is a mum and homemaker, whose hobbies include eating, drinking and sleeping.

Joe
Joe joined us in May 2017 as our Q-Optics expert.
Now our Northern Territory Manager, Joe is kept busy travelling across the north of the country meeting all of our lovely customers. He also attends exhibitions and meetings.
When we let him go home, Joe enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Our Customer Care Team
Azra
Azra joined us in May 2022 and has quickly excelled as our Customer Care Manager. She is passionate about recruiting, training and developing our customer care team to deliver exceptional service.
By working closely with other departments she ensures we are meeting our customers' expectations.
Outside of the office, Azra loves nothing more than spending quality time with her family and friends. She also enjoys settling down with a good book, watching Netflix or grabbing a roller for a spot of decorating.
Rachel
Rachel has been a welcome addition to our Customer Care team since 2021.
Along with answering all our customer queries, Rachel is also part of our Q-Optics Loupes Specialist team, processing your Loupes orders to get them to you as soon as they arrive.
When not kept busy in the office, Rachel can be seen touring the country in her beloved motorhome.
Anna
Anna joined the Swallow Dental family in 2021 and quickly settled into her role within the Customer Care team.
As well as answering customer calls, Anna is our specialist when it comes to QuickSleeper and is the point of contact for all our courses.
Away from the office, Anna enjoys nothing more than spending time with her family, dog walking and a good Top Gear binge.
Sarah
Sarah joined our Customer Care team in November 2022. She processes all our BlueM webshop orders and organises the loan and returns of our Neobiotech kits.
When she’s not busy helping out our customers, Sarah loves watching all things Disney and Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
She also delights in exploring new and exciting places and spending time with her pug, Frank.
Ema
Ema joined the team in July 2015 as part of our Customer Care Team.
She is kept busy answering queries both on the phone, via email and on our website, and is our equipment and bluem® specialist.
In her free time, Ema enjoys participating in amateur dramatic productions, Zumba, and spending time with her lovely fiance and beautiful baby daughters.
Our Finance Team
Annie
Annie joined Swallow in September 2018 and quickly found her feet managing the Finance team.
Mostly working with the directors to keep us in the black, you're not likely to come across Annie at shows or on the phone but she knows how to work a spreadsheet.
In her free time, Annie enjoys going to gigs and travelling.
Faisal
Faisal became a member of our Customer Care Team in 2022 and has since moved to our finance team. He handles credit control, forecasting, and taking customer card payments over the phone.
During his downtime, he enjoys online gaming and a frame or two of snooker. He’s also a fan of horror films and eating out with family and friends.
Our Purchasing Manager
Adam
Adam joined the Swallow team in November 2018.
He manages our purchasing department, dealing with supplier relationships, contracts and orders. He also takes care of our pricing strategy with our fantastic products.
When Adam's not sourcing the best products in the dental market, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and watching his beloved Bradford City play footie.
Our Warehouse Team
Helen
Helen joined us in 2013 and has progressed to become our Warehouse/Purchasing Manager.
When she is away from her desk, Helen likes travelling, real ales, long walks, and can challenge anyone on their Harry Potter knowledge - Harry Potter Geeks Represent!
Andrew
Andrew joined Swallow Dental Supplies in 2007.
He is a whizz in the Warehouse, making sure all our parcels go out of the door looking as wonderful as possible.
During his time off he enjoys spending time with his son, going mountain biking around Yorkshire, playing video games and watching films.
Ian
Ian joined our Warehouse team in January 2018 to allow the current Warehouse team time to breathe. They are a busy team, after all, ensuring your parcels go out correctly and as quickly as possible.
In his spare time, Ian enjoys playing his guitar, rocking out at a gig, supporting Bradford City, and keeping fit & healthy.
Di
Di joined our warehouse team in 2019 as more support was needed.
She is officially one of the most lovely people you will ever meet, and we are thrilled that she is part of the Swallow Dental family.
Outside of the office, Di enjoys driving and listening to eighties music. She's also a massive Toyah Willcox fan and has collected all of her records since the age of 16.
Stuart
Stuart joined us in 2020.
When not being kept busy in the warehouse, Stuart enjoys listening to rock music, especially seeing Iron Maiden in concert, and visiting Florida - he loves the theme parks at Halloween!
Dave
Dave became part of the Swallow family in 2021 and quickly settled into life in the warehouse.
Outside of work, Dave is an avid collector of vinyl records and enjoys reading Batman & Marvel graphic novels. Most weekends, he can be found out walking with family or friends or playing the uke (he tells us badly, but we're sure he's pretty good).

Ben
Ben joined Swallow in 2006 and is now our Operations Manager looking after everything from HR & IT to Regulatory affairs.
Out of the office Ben enjoys frolicking and being sarcastic. In that order. And not always outside of the office...

With a keen eye for detail and a passion for strategic planning, Matt oversees our digital and print marketing efforts, ensuring our brand message reaches far and wide.
With a blend of passion and expertise, Matt brings a unique energy to both his professional and personal pursuits, embodying the spirit of Swallow Dental in everything he does.
Away from the office, Matt, a devoted Liverpool fan, finds solace and excitement in the world of football. When he's not cheering on his favourite team, you'll likely find him seeking adventure in the great outdoors with his beloved miniature dachshund by his side.
Lauren
Meet Lauren, an integral member of our Digital Marketing team who joined us in October 2013.
With her keen insights and creative approach, Lauren plays a pivotal role in driving our online presence and engaging with our audience.
We're fortunate to have Lauren as part of our team, where her talents and unique spirit continue to inspire us daily.
Beyond the confines of the office, Lauren cherishes moments spent with her family and relishes the tranquillity of walking her beloved Jack Russell, "Jack," amidst the breathtaking scenery of the Yorkshire Dales.
Richard
Meet Richard, the creative genius behind our captivating designs and a pivotal member of the Swallow Marketing team.
With his keen eye for aesthetics and unparalleled design skills, Richard brings our brand to life through visually stunning graphics and artwork.
Away from his desk, Richard is an avid music enthusiast and finds solace in the melodies that inspire his creativity. When he's not crafting designs, you'll likely find Richard hitting the open road on his motorbike, embracing the freedom of the ride.
Richard's passion for nature extends to his hobby of growing Bonsai trees and rescuing the local mouse population from the clutches of his cats.
April
April, our Digital Marketing Executive, is our newest marketing team member who joined us in 2024. She is responsible for creating our dynamic and engaging campaigns with strategic insights.
Outside of the office, April loves punk and metal music and enjoys strumming the guitar. She is an avid gamer who regularly immerses herself in World of Warcraft, Assassins Creed and Dungeons and Dragons.
April's passions also extend to the gym, where she particularly enjoys lifting weights.
