Really wish I got loupes as soon as I qualified in 2020! I've only been working for a short while and adopted poor posture and my lower back was suffering. I knew it was time to invest in loupes!
I contacted Joseph Minney and within a week he travelled to my practice and gave me all the information I needed. I felt very relaxed, there was no pressure, Joe was very honest and he really believed in his products and I can totally see why!
I feel so much more confident in the treatment I am providing for my patients and my posture has greatly improved. The light is a MUST! The wire clips easily to my scrub pocket and I don't even notice it. Joe and his team literally respond to any email within minutes too! They really do go above and beyond for their clients! Absolutely would recommend.

I recently received my Q-Optics loupes and I couldn’t be happier! They have massively improved my posture and my vision is 10x better. I can’t believe it's taken me this long to get some.
The whole ordering process was fab from beginning to end, Joe was brilliant with advising me on choosing my loupes and Leah was really helpful when I was organising payment and delivery.
Overall, such a smooth experience and a fantastic pair of loupes. I definitely recommend Swallow to any other dental professionals looking for loupes.

I cannot fault the customer service or the quality of the product! Joe and the team have been outstanding. It was easy to organise a group demo and Joe was great. He was honest about the product and he brought a variety of frames, magnification, lights etc. so that we could try them all! He didn’t cancel or rearrange and was professional throughout.
When I started using the loupes in SDLE (simulated dental learning environment) I did notice that they were slightly blurry however the team were able to adjust this after I sent them pictures of my posture with the loupes via email. Q-optics and Swallow had a brand new pair specially remade and sent to me almost straight away. I was able to continue using the old loupes until the new pair arrived. They didn’t make me feel guilty in any way for having to adjust them and wanted to get the loupes just right for me. This was all at no extra cost.
Since using the loupes they have made such a positive difference to both my posture and clinical work. The illumination from the light coupled with the magnification makes your vision so much better.
There are comprehensive videos on YouTube that take you through caring for your Q-optics loupes, using your light, and more, which I have found incredibly useful.
Swallow and Q-optics provide a lifetime warranty; it fills me with confidence knowing that if anything goes wrong with my loupes in the future, I will get a quick response and the problem will be sorted. I look forward to using my loupes for hopefully a long and enjoyable career ahead of me!

I absolutely worship my loupes! I don’t know how I ever lived without them. The whole team have been absolutely brilliant with any queries and incredibly quick at resolving any issues! I would 100% recommend every practitioner to get themselves some Q-Optics loupes and the light is a must in my opinion!

What can I say?! The service and help I received from Joe were absolutely phenomenal! Not only was he professional, super knowledgeable and eager to get me fitted with the most suitable pair of loupes for me, but he also flew - yes FLEW ✈️ - over 300 miles to take my measurements and talk me through all the different options! As a recently qualified DHT who didn't know much about loupes, Joe made the whole process so much easier and stayed in contact with me each step of the way. I would highly recommend Swallow all day, every day!

All I can say is... Wow!!! I wish I had invested in loupes as soon as I qualified. The clarity when using the loupes is sensational, I am a lot more focused and confident with the treatment I provide for each patient.
Having the light incorporated on my Q-Optics loupes is a game-changer. I feel like I've been working in the dark for the past 11 years!!
I went for the wired light as recommended at the consultation and I'm not disappointed. The wire never gets in the way and can easily be clipped to my scrubs without issue.
Right from the initial enquiry to receiving my loupes was so straightforward. Joe is very knowledgeable and excellent in finding the product to suit your needs and preferences. He is also very prompt in answering any queries, and if I ever have any issues, I'm confident that he will get back to me quickly and ensure I'm never without my loupes.
The Loupes themselves are amazing! They look great and are so comfortable to wear; even on a long day, I've had no issues.
If anyone were to ask me whether I would recommend Q-Optics loupes and Joe, I wouldn't hesitate to say yes, 100%!

Having qualified as a dental hygienist 11 years ago, I thought it was about time I bought my first pair of loupes. The only thing I’m disappointed about is the fact I didn’t get them a lot sooner!!
I already feel that my posture has improved and the vision with the light is just amazing, no more adjusting the overhead light!

I love my loupes, I wear them for every patient! I feel like I'm working blind when I don't have them on! They are so comfortable and easy to use, not to mention the magnification has really improved my dental work! Also, your customer care has been brilliant so it's much appreciated.
