Due to unforeseen circumstances, pre-Christmas deliveries to a number of UK postcodes will be suspended from 3.30 pm on Tuesday, 20 December. This means, for the affected areas, any orders placed after this time will be delivered in the first week of January 2023.
Why Are Pre-Christmas Deliveries Being Suspended?
Christmas is an incredibly busy time for delivery firms, and this year is no exception.
Due to the sheer volume of parcels being processed, several major depots across the UK are being forced to suspend operations until after the festive period. This will allow the courier the time needed to process any current orders in time for Christmas.
Which Depots Are Suspending Pre-Christmas Delivery?
Depots in Edinburgh, Cardiff, Durham, Liverpool/Warrington and Stevenage will be suspending pre-Christmas deliveries from 3.30 pm on Tuesday 20 December 2022.
This will affect the following postcodes:

Any orders placed after 3.30 pm will be delivered in the New Year.
Unfortunately, the premature pre-Christmas delivery suspension imposed by these depots is out of our control.
