The majority of orders with a UK mainland shipping address will be shipped via APC Overnight. Although Royal Mail may be used from time to time.
Royal Mail is used as standard for Scottish Highlands, Scottish Offshore, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. APC can be used for these regions, but an additional shipping charge will be applied. The available shipping options and charges will be detailed at the check-out stage.
Shipments to ROI are shipped via DHL Express.
All of our delivery charges are calculated according to weight, method, speed of delivery and delivery location.
When ordering, you will be asked to choose a preferred delivery method. Once selected, delivery charges will be clearly displayed.
Once you have placed your order, we'll process it within one working day (provided the items are in stock).
We aim for same-day processing for all UK orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday).
Our standard delivery service is 24 hours from the date your order is dispatched. However we cannot guarantee this, as we are dependent on the courier's service levels and other issues that may arise, which are out of our control.
Also, delivery times will differ depending on the shipping location. Shipping addresses outside mainland England and Wales may will take longer.
For orders shipped via APC or DHL, tracking information will be emailed to you automatically upon dispatch.
For orders shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery, please contact our Customer Care Team on 01535 656312 or email sales@swallowdental.co.uk to obtain the tracking information.
If your item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible (within 4 working hours). We will also inform you when we expect the item to be back in stock.
You will be given the option of either waiting for the full order or having the order dispatched in part.
No. If you have ordered multiple items and part of your order is out of stock, you will only be charged once for delivery.
We do offer timed deliveries. However, these are not available when checking out.
Depending on the shipping location, we also offer a Saturday delivery option on orders released before 2pm on Friday.
