The Devemed Conical Bone Spreader is designed for the controlled preparation and expansion of the alveolar bone prior to dental implant placement.
Featuring a conical working profile, the instrument allows progressive bone expansion while helping to establish a defined pathway for subsequent implant insertion. By carefully scoring and preparing the bone, the spreader supports controlled implant positioning and helps reduce the risk of slipping or uneven insertion.
The working end tapers from a Ø 0.5 mm tip to Ø 3.8 mm and features clear graduations at 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14 mm, allowing clinicians to accurately monitor and control working depth throughout the procedure.
Manufactured from high-quality surgical stainless steel, the Conical Bone Spreader provides excellent tactile sensitivity, precise handling and reliable force transmission.
