Featuring a 4.0 mm working end, the Bernard Root Elevator has a concave inner surface with sharp lateral edges. Using controlled rotational movements and gentle pressure, the cutting edges help separate the periodontal ligament fibres while progressively loosening the root fragment from the surrounding tissues.
The combination of ligament separation and root mobilisation supports a controlled and minimally traumatic extraction technique, helping to preserve the surrounding bone and soft tissues wherever possible. The 4.0 mm working profile provides precise engagement and excellent tactile control during use.
