The Directa Luxator Kit L-K7 is a professional atraumatic extraction instrument set designed to help clinicians loosen and remove teeth with minimal trauma to the surrounding bone and soft tissues. The fine, tapering blades of the luxator/periotome instruments are shaped to slip easily between the periodontal ligament and the alveolar bone, compressing and cutting ligament fibres gently to aid extraction and preserve bone — especially important when future implant placement is planned.
