Implantmed Plus II from W&H is a next-generation surgical motor system designed to act as a genuine assistant in the operating theatre.
Combining a powerful EM-19 LC micromotor with digital workflow integration, it supports everything from routine implant placement to complex oral surgery procedures including extractions and bone augmentation.

High-Performance EM-19 LC Motor
Delivers up to 6.2 Ncm motor torque with a wide speed range of 200 – 40,000 rpm for demanding surgical procedures.
Precisely Controlled Torque
Adjustable insertion torque from 5 – 80 Ncm with automatic torque control and a dedicated thread-cutting function for dense bone.
Powerful Irrigation System
Integrated pump delivering approximately 90 ml/min coolant flow to prevent thermal damage during osteotomy preparation.
Digital Workflow Integration
Built-in Wi-Fi connectivity integrates with W&H’s ioDent® platform for digital logbooks, treatment data and software updates.
7" Colour Display
Large touchscreen display with an intuitive interface for guided workflows, parameter adjustment and clear treatment monitoring.
Intelligent Light-Guide
LED indicators show the selected surgical application for instant orientation during procedures.
Integrated Digital Workflow
The Scan-Edition models include a built-in scanner that captures implant and biomaterial packaging via QR codes or barcodes.
This automatically records implant information within the ioDent® platform, creating a digital “implant passport” and simplifying documentation.
Treatment data including implant stability measurements (ISQ values) can also be automatically recorded when used with the Osstell Beacon system.
Future-Ready Modular OSI Platform
The Implantmed Plus II can be expanded with the Piezomed Module Plus II using the modular OSI platform.
A simple slide-on connection allows ultrasonic bone surgery and implant motor functionality to be combined into a single compact system – with no additional cables or power supply required.
Both devices are controlled directly from the same 7" touchscreen interface, creating a powerful and efficient surgical workflow.
Available Configurations
The Implantmed Plus II is available in several configurations to suit different surgical workflows:
- Scan-Edition (SI-2102) – integrated scanner with ioDent documentation
- Wireless (SI-2101) – supplied with wireless foot control
- Wired (SI-2100) – supplied with cabled foot control
All configurations include the EM-19 LC motor, stand, universal support and irrigation tubing.
