Advanced Bone Regeneration and Implant Techniques Returns

We are proud to announce that our exclusive EthOss Hands-On Training Day, Advanced Bone Regeneration and Implant Techniques, is set to return to the Allianz Stadium, Twickenham, on Saturday 13 June 2026.
This intensive one-day masterclass, delivered by Dr Peter Fairbairn, Dr Stuart Kilner and Dr Robbie Williams, provides a unique opportunity to see contemporary bone regeneration brought to life in clinical practice. Participants will gain valuable hands-on experience with EthOss, the innovative grafting material designed to eliminate the need for a membrane, encourage faster and more natural bone formation, and deliver consistently predictable outcomes.
Discover EthOss
EthOss® has redefined the grafting workflow with its innovative no-membrane concept, streamlining procedures while supporting faster, more natural bone regeneration.
Throughout the course, delegates will examine the science and clinical protocols that set EthOss apart, developing a clear understanding of how it achieves predictable, long-term outcomes for patients.
The programme combines focused lectures, live demonstrations and a hands-on practical session using pig heads, covering implant placement, grafting techniques and soft tissue management. Participants will also refine their skills in wet versus dry mix handling, contouring and advanced grafting protocols designed to elevate everyday clinical results.
All attendees will receive a free box of 0.5cc EthOss to take back to their practice.
Course Highlights
- Learn the biological principles and integration behind EthOss
- Master wet vs dry mix handling for improved grafting precision
- Gain confidence in flap design, soft-tissue management, and aesthetic contouring
- Develop emergence profiles and create custom healing abutments
- Explore immediate and delayed implant placement protocols
