EthOss Event: Advanced Bone Regeneration & Implant Techniques

1. Booking and Registration

1.1. All bookings must be made via Swallow Dental Supplies Ltd.
1.2. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
1.3. A confirmed booking is only secured upon receipt of full payment.

2. Course Fee

2.1. This is a paid course, and full payment is required at the time of booking.
2.2. The course fee is non-refundable within fourteen (14) days of the event date. Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the event will be eligible for a full refund.
2.3. The course fee includes attendance at the full-day training session, participation in any hands-on sessions, and any materials provided during the event (including, but not limited to, training resources or products supplied on the day), as well as lunch and refreshments.

3. Delegate Attendance

3.1. Delegates are expected to attend the full duration of the course to receive the maximum educational benefit and CPD hours.
3.2. Partial attendance may result in reduced or no CPD certification.
3.3. Swallow Dental reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any delegate whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

4. Cancellations by Delegates

4.1. If a delegate is unable to attend, they must notify Swallow Dental as soon as possible.
4.2. Delegate substitutions may be permitted at Swallow Dental’s discretion.

5. Event Changes or Cancellation

5.1. Swallow Dental reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the event without prior notice.
5.2. In the event of cancellation by Swallow Dental, a full refund of the course fee will be provided.
5.3. Swallow Dental will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by delegates, including travel, accommodation, or loss of earnings.

6. Course Content and CPD

6.1. The course includes lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on training sessions focused on advanced bone regeneration and implant techniques.
6.2. CPD hours will be awarded based on attendance and participation in the course.
6.3. Swallow Dental reserves the right to amend course content, speakers, or venue if necessary.

7. Equipment Responsibility

11.1. Delegates are responsible for any equipment, instruments, or materials provided to them during the event.
11.2. Any equipment that is lost, damaged, or stolen during the course of the event may be charged to the delegate at full replacement cost.

8. Photography and Media

7.1. By attending the event, delegates consent to photography, filming, and recording for marketing and educational purposes.
7.2. Delegates who do not wish to be included must inform Swallow Dental prior to the event.

9. Liability

8.1. Delegates attend the event at their own risk.
8.2. Swallow Dental accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury, except where required by law.

10. Data Protection

9.1. Personal data provided during registration will be used for event administration and related communications.
9.2. All data will be handled in accordance with Swallow Dental’s privacy policy.

11. Acceptance of Terms

10.1. By registering for this event, delegates confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
