The Devemed Teflon Bar is designed for the secure and space-efficient positioning of up to three osteotome and bone pusher attachments within compatible Devemed wash trays.
The dedicated design helps keep individual attachments securely positioned and organised during storage, handling and instrument reprocessing, reducing unnecessary movement while making efficient use of the available tray space.
The Teflon bar and compatible PPSU holders are secured within the tray using screws, providing stable positioning throughout the reprocessing workflow.
When used with compatible bridge bars, instruments and attachments can be arranged across two levels, helping to increase tray capacity and maximise the available space within the instrument management system.
Measuring 27.3 × 20.0 × 8.0 mm, the compact bar provides a practical solution for organising compatible osteotome and bone pusher components.
