The Devemed Straight Bone Spreaders – F-LINE PEAR HANDLE are designed for the controlled sagittal expansion of the alveolar ridge, particularly in the anterior tooth region, supporting precise preparation and maintenance of the implant site.
Following initial preparation of the alveolar ridge using a suitable rotating disc or fine chisel, the ellipsoid bone spreaders can be used progressively to widen the ridge. Their specialised working profiles support controlled bone expansion while helping to maintain the prepared implant site for subsequent implant placement.
The straight design provides precise access and control when working in the anterior region. Each instrument features an ellipsoid working end with a progressive profile, with a choice of sizes allowing clinicians to select the appropriate instrument according to the anatomy of the treatment site and the required degree of ridge expansion.
Clear graduations at 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 mm allow accurate monitoring and control of working depth throughout the procedure.
Featuring the ergonomic F-LINE PEAR HANDLE, the bone spreaders provide a secure grip, excellent tactile control and precise force transmission during bone manipulation. Manufactured from high-quality surgical stainless steel, they are designed for durability, repeated sterilisation and reliable long-term clinical performance.
