Concave Bayonet Osteotome-Attachments
The Devemed Concave Bayonet Osteotome-attachments are designed for controlled bone preparation and elevation during internal sinus lift procedures, helping to create space for subsequent bone augmentation.
Featuring concave working tips, the osteotomes allow the remaining bone following pre-drilling to be carefully displaced towards the sinus cavity. The concave profile supports controlled manipulation of the bone flap throughout the sinus lift procedure.
The specialised bayonet-shaped design provides improved access and visibility when working within the posterior region of the oral cavity, making the range particularly suitable for treatment sites that may be more difficult to access with straight instruments.
Available in progressively increasing diameters, the range allows clinicians to select the appropriate working size according to the treatment site and stage of preparation. Depth graduations from 8 to 18 mm in 2 mm increments provide additional orientation and allow the depth of penetration into the bone to be estimated during use.
The range includes attachments compatible with the Palti handle system, providing a modular approach to instrument selection during sinus lift procedures.
