The Devemed Palti Convex Sinus Lift Osteotome Attachments are designed for the controlled elevation of the bone flap during internal sinus lift procedures and are compatible with the Palti handle system.
Featuring straight shafts with convex working tips, the osteotomes support gentle elevation of the remaining bone following preparation of the implant site. The convex profile allows controlled manipulation of the bone towards the sinus cavity, helping to minimise the risk of damage to the Schneiderian membrane while creating space for subsequent bone augmentation.
The range features progressively increasing diameters, allowing clinicians to select the appropriate size and gradually prepare the treatment site according to the clinical requirements. The tapered working profiles facilitate controlled insertion into the bone, while the straight design is particularly suitable for access within the anterior region.
The instruments feature depth graduations from 8 to 18 mm in 2 mm increments, allowing clinicians to monitor and estimate the depth of penetration throughout the procedure.
