The Devemed Bernotti Periosteal Elevator is designed for precise and atraumatic soft tissue mobilisation during periodontal, implant and oral surgical procedures. Developed according to DrAna Luisa Bernotti, its specialised double-ended design enables controlled detachment and elevation of delicate gingival and mucosal tissues.

Featuring 3.0 mm and 2.0 mm working ends, the spear-shaped end is designed for detaching the papilla and loosening the marginal gingival edge. The slightly curved working end enables supraperiosteal detachment and mobilisation of the mucosa, while its rounded profile helps reduce the risk of accidentally piercing or damaging the mucosal flap.

Measuring 171 mm in overall length, the Bernotti Periosteal Elevator features the lightweight F-LINE SUPER LIGHT ergonomic handle, providing excellent balance, tactile sensitivity and control. Manufactured from high-quality surgical stainless steel and designed for repeated sterilisation, it is a specialist instrument for precise soft tissue management during periodontal, implant and mucogingival surgery.
