The Devemed Root Elevator 3.0 mm is designed to support the controlled loosening and removal of teeth and root fragments during dental extraction procedures. Its 3.0 mm working end provides precise access around the tooth, helping clinicians prepare the extraction site and mobilise the tooth prior to removal.
Before extraction, the root elevator can be used to assist with the separation of the periodontal ligament and surrounding tissues, helping to loosen the tooth within the socket. Once sufficient mobility has been achieved, the tooth can be carefully removed using suitable extraction forceps or an appropriate elevator.
Manufactured from high-quality surgical stainless steel, the Root Elevator 3.0 mm provides excellent strength, tactile control and reliable clinical performance. Designed for repeated sterilisation and long-term use, it is a practical surgical instrument for controlled tooth extraction and root removal procedures.
