Featuring a 3.5 mm serrated working end, the elevator provides enhanced grip against the tooth surface, helping to minimise slipping while controlled force is applied. The specialised working profile supports accurate positioning and effective mobilisation of third molars during more challenging extraction procedures.
Prior to extraction, the instrument can be used to assist with the separation of the periodontal ligament and surrounding tissues, helping to progressively loosen the tooth before final removal with the elevator or suitable extraction forceps. This controlled approach supports a minimally invasive extraction technique while helping to preserve surrounding tissues.
