The Directa Luxator Kit SK4 is a professional atraumatic extraction instrument set designed to preserve alveolar bone integrity and minimise trauma during tooth removal. Each instrument in the kit features a fine tapered blade that gently sever the periodontal ligament, allowing controlled and precise luxation of the tooth with reduced force and soft-tissue trauma — ideal for cases where maintaining bone structure (such as future implant sites) is important.
These short periotome luxators have blades approximately 10 mm shorter than standard Luxator Periotomes, which can improve working ergonomics (especially for practitioners with smaller hands or for limited access areas). All instruments are autoclavable.
