The Prichard is a double-ended periosteal elevator crafted from steel. One end features a sharp, curved blade ideal for elevating the periosteum and loosening gingival tissue, while the opposite end is a broader flat paddle designed for soft tissue retraction--making it an adaptable, two-in-one instrument for oral surgery.
