The Devemed Pilot Drills for dev-os QUADRO TITAN Micro-Screws are designed for precise pre-drilling and controlled preparation of the screw site during dental surgical and regenerative procedures.
Each pilot drill features a diameter slightly smaller than its corresponding dev-os QUADRO TITAN micro-screw, creating an appropriately sized preparation site to support secure engagement and stable positioning of the screw within the jawbone.
The range is available in multiple drill diameters to correspond with different micro-screw sizes. Selected sizes feature clear 5, 7, 9, 11 and 13 mm graduations with a 15 mm depth stop, allowing clinicians to monitor drilling depth while helping to prevent over-drilling. The Ø 0.7 mm drill features a dedicated 7 mm depth stop.
Each pilot drill features a standardised dental attachment for use with compatible dental equipment and is designed for precise handling and reliable site preparation.
