The Devemed Silicone Rack is designed for the secure positioning and organisation of up to 11 dental or surgical instruments within compatible Devemed wash trays.
Providing a practical alternative to traditional Teflon bars, the silicone construction offers enhanced grip, helping to prevent instruments from slipping or moving within the rack during handling and reprocessing. The silicone material also helps improve stability when the tray is positioned on a work surface.
The rack uses mounting aids (pins) rather than screws for installation. This screw-free fixing system helps eliminate potential damage to the tray base while providing secure attachment.
For installation, the mounting aids are pulled through the tray grid using a circular motion, with the excess material then trimmed using scissors.
Measuring 123.0 × 23.0 × 8.0 mm, the rack provides an organised and space-efficient solution for securing multiple instruments within the tray system.
